Travel Store Return Policy

AAA East Central accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.  All items must be in the condition your received them with all hang tags, packaging, original box and sales receipt.  Personal hygiene items, maps and reading materials are NON-refundable.  After 30 days, damaged merchandise inquires should be directed to the manufacturer according to the warranty guidelines.  Return shipping expense will not be reimbursed.

Discount tickets purchased online or at participating AAA Northeast Ohio Offices are NON-REFUNDABLE.
